Charlie's Befriending and Domiciliary Care Services Ltd
Charlie’s Befriending and Domiciliary Care Services Ltd is a new company that we have created to provide care and support to vulnerable and elderly people within the Suffolk region. For now, we are based in the town of Mildenhall and surrounding areas. This allows us to create a strong foundation of trust and communication between staff and clients before looking into expanding areas. Charlie’s focus is on customer feedback and ensuring that we not only do our jobs but doing them to the best of our abilities and make a difference to those who need us. To do that, we believe everyone should feel comfortable within the company to be able to share their ideas or complaints. Without the advice and criticism of the people running or using our services daily, we would be unable to evolve or support people as much as we aim to.
What we have been up to
Occasionally, Charlie likes to volunteer to help with some jobs and enjoys meeting all the clients (especially the cute fluffy ones)
She has an active role within the company and enjoys spending time with all customers and even coming up with new ideas for us to try.

Mark is the owner of M&C Window Cleans and occasionally volunteers his time to help with any big projects. His company is partnered with us to bring our customers more services than your average cleaners can.

These three are Boris, Elsie and Betty (from left to right) and they are our regulars.
They enjoy pulling our staff around for their walks and, as you could see from the first image, they especially enjoy slobbering on charlie!
We are happy to walk dogs together or individually, depending on their temperament and the owners preference. All of which can be discussed during a me
