Our carers provide personalised care for patients with various support needs and assistance with daily living activities. We ensure that our staff are a friendly and safe place for our clients to feel comfortable getting the support they may need.

We provide dog walking for a range of dog breeds and sizes to support those who are unable to care for their furry loved ones themselves. 

These are typically 30 minutes to an hour long and can be a laid back call for our staff to complete to break up a busy day.

Due to our new sister company, Charlie's Domestic Cleaners, we now have packages that include a range of services from weekly top up cleans to large deep cleans. Our priority is to ensure our clients facilities are left clean and safe for them to enjoy.

We offer online training on a system called Medex, this allows our staff to be trained and prepared for anything they may face during a typical work day. 

We provide shadowing calls before any staff are left to complete their calls alone, this includes working with a senior member of staff to meet the customers and learn the way they like our service to be provided to them.

Our carers are trained in confidentiality and only information that is necessary, is shared, we keep all clients information on a need-to-know basis.

The same policy applies to our staff, all information they provide us with is kept confidential .
